Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has stated he does not expect Eden Hazard wants Real Madrid rumours to surface again or to be lured by any future talks of joining the Spanish giants and revealed it is unlikely Diego Costa will play versus Arsenal on Sunday.
Bernabeu coach and France legend Zinedine Zidane last week spoke freely of his admiration for the Belgium superstar, who just last month signed a new five-and-a-half-year offer with the Premier League leaders, however Mourinho stated he is not worried by the speculation.
He informed press reporters in his pre-match interview Eden Hazard wants Real Madrid move?: “He just signed a brand-new contract. We didn't put a gun to his head. He likes Chelsea, he likes the league and he has actually made a commitment to that. I do not believe he has an interest in going.”
Speaking ahead of Sunday's huge Premier League derby versus Arsenal, the Portuguese coach stated injured Spainish striker Costa is not likely to be played and risk further injury against Arsene Wenger's players at the Emirates Stadium.
The 19-goal summer season signing hasn't played since the 2-1 win against Stoke City and has been having a problem with a hamstring injury that he suffered when playing at Atletico Madrid in 2014. He added: “If not Arsenal then Leicester. We are coping for the difficulties of every match without him. The team is playing in a different way but we are doing our job. We are more strategic and less artistic but are getting results.”
